Gluteal Bioplasty

Gluteal Bioplasty is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that aims to increase volume, define contours, and reduce sagging/cellulite in the buttocks without surgery or incisions, using local anesthesia. It uses fillers such as PMMA or collagen biostimulators, performed in a doctor's office, offering natural and long-lasting results.

Treatment Details:

Procedure: The application is done with cannulas, inserting the material into the subcutaneous tissue to fill, lift, and correct asymmetries.

Materials: Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), a permanent filler, or collagen biostimulators are often used.

Duration and Results: The results are immediate, but the final effect of collagen stimulation appears over time. PMMA is considered long-lasting, often lasting more than 5 years.

Recovery: Generally quick, without the need for hospitalization, allowing a return to work in a short time, but it requires care, such as avoiding sitting on the buttocks for a few days.

Important Considerations:

Bioplasty is considered “surgery without a scalpel” because it does not require deep incisions, but it does require an experienced medical professional. PMMA is a permanent implant, which makes the choice of specialist crucial to avoid complications.
